Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

• The project has not yet started after payment.
• The client requests a cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
• Byteemedia fails to deliver the service as described and agreed upon in writing.

Once editing or creative work has begun, refunds are not possible due to the time and resources invested.
